Dr. Seol Chul-hwan is a leading authority in breast surgery and serves as Chief Director at JW Plastic Surgery. He earned his MD from Yonsei University College of Medicine and completed his PhD in Plastic Surgery from the same institution. His academic career includes positions as Professor at Severance Hospital and Gangnam Severance Hospital.

As Chairman of Seoul Breast Meeting (SBM) and a member of the Motiva Advisory Board (2025), Dr. Seol is recognized internationally for his expertise in breast augmentation. He pioneered the endoscopic transaxillary approach for breast augmentation, a technique he has taught at numerous international conferences including PRS KOREA and APS KOREA.

Dr. Seol authored the chapter on transaxillary endoscopic breast augmentation in the Korean breast surgery textbook. His commitment to advancing surgical techniques and patient outcomes has made him one of Korea's most sought-after breast surgeons.
