How long does swelling last after double eyelid surgery in Korean clinics?

I just had my double eyelid surgery done at a clinic in Gangnam two days ago. The swelling is quite significant and I am a bit worried. For those who have had this procedure in Korea, how long did your swelling last? When did you feel comfortable enough to go out in public? I have heard that Korean surgeons are known for creating very natural results, but right now my eyes look quite puffy. Any tips for reducing swelling faster? Should I be icing my eyes?
