V-line surgery in Korea - is it worth the risk?

I have a very square jaw that has always bothered me. I have been researching V-line surgery (square jaw reduction + chin reduction) in Korea and I am both excited and terrified. The results I see online look amazing, but I am worried about the risks - nerve damage, asymmetry, and the long recovery time. For those who have had V-line surgery in Korea, was it worth it? How painful was the recovery? Did you experience any numbness and did it go away? Also, how long did it take for the swelling to completely subside? I would really appreciate honest answers about both the positive and negative aspects of this surgery.
