Two-jaw surgery (양악수술) recovery diary - anyone willing to share?

I have been recommended two-jaw surgery (bimaxillary osteotomy) to correct my facial asymmetry and underbite. This is one of the most major facial surgeries and I am honestly scared. I know Korean hospitals like JW, FACE DENTAL, and others specialize in this procedure. I would love to hear from anyone who has undergone two-jaw surgery in Korea. What was your recovery like week by week? How long until you could eat normally? Did you experience significant weight loss? When did the swelling become manageable? Any regrets? This will help me mentally prepare for what is ahead.
