Mini V-line vs full V-line surgery - which should I choose?

I have a moderately square jaw and I am trying to decide between mini V-line surgery (less invasive, shorter recovery) and full V-line surgery (more comprehensive but longer recovery). I understand mini V-line typically involves just the angle of the jaw while full V-line includes the entire jawline and chin. My jaw is not extremely square, so I wonder if mini would be sufficient. Has anyone chosen one over the other? Did you feel the mini version gave enough of a difference? Or should I just go for the full procedure since I am already traveling to Korea? Cost is not the main factor - I just want the best results with reasonable recovery.
