SMAS facelift in Korea - worth traveling for?

I am 52 and considering a SMAS facelift. I have been quoted very high prices in my country (USA) and have heard that Korean plastic surgery offers great quality at more reasonable prices. Is it worth traveling to Korea for a facelift? I am a bit nervous about having major surgery abroad and then flying home during recovery. How long should I plan to stay in Korea after a facelift? What should I look for when choosing a surgeon for this procedure? Are there any Korean surgeons particularly renowned for natural-looking facelift results for Western faces?
