Breast revision surgery in Korea - capsular contracture correction

I had breast augmentation 8 years ago and have developed capsular contracture in one breast. It has become hard and is sitting higher than the other breast. I am considering going to Korea for revision surgery. Has anyone had breast revision surgery in Korea for capsular contracture? What was the process like? Did they replace the implant with a different type? How much more expensive is revision compared to primary surgery? I am really hoping to finally have symmetrical, soft breasts after this revision.
