Liposuction in Korea - VASER vs traditional vs laser-assisted?

I am considering liposuction for my stubborn belly fat and love handles. I exercise regularly and eat well but these areas just will not budge. I have been researching different liposuction techniques available in Korea: traditional suction, VASER (ultrasound-assisted), and laser-assisted methods. What are the pros and cons of each? Which technique provides the smoothest results? I have heard that VASER is better for skin tightening - is this true? How long is the typical recovery time for each method?
