Combining multiple surgeries in Korea - is it safe to do everything at once?

I am considering getting multiple procedures done during one trip to Korea - double eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty, and possibly V-line surgery. Some clinics seem willing to do everything in one session while others recommend separating procedures. Is it safe to combine multiple surgeries? What are the risks of doing too much at once? How much longer would recovery be for combined procedures? I want to be efficient with my time and only make one trip, but not at the cost of safety or results. Has anyone done multiple facial surgeries at once in Korea? What was your experience?
