As my eyes grew increasingly dim with presbyopia and my vision dropped further, and on top of that I have diabetes, I had strong fears that I might lose my sight completely. Deciding I could no longer let fear of surgery hold me back, I made up my mind to have cataract surgery, and on a friend's recommendation I went to Gangnam Sungmojin Eye Clinic for a 3-day, 2-night stay. At first I had a vague fear of the surgery, but once I actually went through it, it was over in about 10 minutes, and after resting a little I felt my vision gradually improving. The next morning, the comprehensive exam results showed my left eye, which had been 0.4, was now an astonishing 1.0. I then had the right eye done as well, and I had the feeling the right eye would improve too. I'm grateful for the hard work of Dr. Park Jin-hyeong and Manager Lee Min-jae, who let me throw away the glasses I'd worn for over 20 years and see a brighter world, and I'll spread the word to many people around me.
