They sterilized the equipment at every exam and replaced the chin-rest paper each time, so I felt reassured about the hygiene. I liked that the surgery was done one-on-one rather than factory-style.
There was no pressure at all during the consultation, and they explained everything thoroughly.
Overall I was able to have the surgery comfortably and with a sense of trust!
