I went for a consultation at Heat and was honestly surprised by how great the atmosphere was!
I worry a lot so I asked tons of questions, but both the manager and the director listened carefully to every one and explained everything so kindly that I was touched. :'(
Especially, even though I had a clear idea of the nose look I wanted, they suggested a natural direction, so I left the consultation feeling really at ease.
