The Korean female consultation manager's attitude was truly the worst. Even though I only asked about double-eyelid surgery, she went out of her way to recommend a forehead lift that cost several times more. When I declined, she got angry, left to find an interpreter, and then said she couldn't communicate with me directly. The doctor, on the other hand, was very kind and answered all my questions. But because of the Korean consultation manager's rudeness, I don't want to use this clinic again.
