An X-ray wasn't needed at all for this visit, but they said first-time patients must get one, which made me uncomfortable.
It would be fine to take one after the exam if needed, but this was the first dental clinic where I had one taken the moment I arrived, so I was taken aback.
I did arrive earlier than my appointment, but perhaps that inconvenienced them, because the front-desk staff member didn't explain things very kindly, so I was in a bad mood right from arrival.
They seemed swamped and frazzled, but the brusque tone of speaking without even looking at me is something that, as a customer, makes me not want to go back.
The other staff and the director were kind. Still, I'd rather not go again.
