They refused to prescribe what I wanted and turned me away in an uncomfortable manner

I had previously visited another dermatology clinic and gotten a prescription that addressed my skin concerns.
After seeing results, I stopped taking the medication for over half a month, and the issue came back, so I wanted a prescription. Having moved, I visited Yonsei New Dermatology, which is right in front of my home.
They said the medication I wanted couldn't be prescribed because my skin wasn't bad enough, so I asked what treatment I should get to treat the skin issue bothering me, and they just kept repeating endlessly that they couldn't prescribe it.
They asked if they should give me a different drug, so I asked what effect that drug had,
and since it felt unrelated to what was bothering me, I raised a question, but from start to finish they spoke to me very uncomfortably.
In the end they told me I didn't even have to pay, just leave, practically driving me out, which I really can't understand.
I swear I did absolutely nothing argumentative or rude.
