I had surgery today and from booking onward everyone was kind

I had surgery today, and from the booking stage the consultant kindly answered and explained everything in detail, and on the day of surgery they not only checked the patient's condition but also kindly told me that surgery isn't the end and to contact them anytime if I had questions after going home, which made me feel really good. And during the surgery, the nurses(?) treated me kindly by my side, so I got through the surgery comfortably without any discomfort. Thank you.
