They did a thorough consultation before the procedure and explained the process in detail, so I could get it done with peace of mind.
The sensitivity I'd worried about was barely there, so it was comfortable, and the procedure didn't take as long as I expected, so it felt less burdensome.
Overall the staff were kind and the service was good, so even though it was my first visit, I had the procedure done in a comfortable atmosphere!
