My eyes looked a little sleepy, but it wasn't too bad, and my eyes weren't that small, so I lived without much dissatisfaction. But a few months ago, I went with my girlfriend for an eye consultation and ended up getting a consultation myself. After the consultation, I found out that my levator muscle (eyelid lifting muscle) was weak, which made me look sleepy, and I was habitually using my forehead muscles to open my eyes, which caused forehead wrinkles. Honestly, I didn't have a good impression of surgery, and I originally came with my girlfriend to stop her from getting it... But when I looked closely at my face in the mirror... it was true ㅠ. I had been opening my eyes with my forehead muscles all my life, so I thought it was normal, but after the consultation, I looked closely at other people and realized that most people like me had wrinkles on their foreheads and looked sleepy ㅠㅠ. In the end, I decided to get surgery with my girlfriend. I had a preconceived notion that incisional surgery would always look unnatural, so I repeatedly emphasized this point before the surgery and asked them to make it as natural as possible. Fortunately, the result was as I wanted, not too much, and it came out simply and naturally without double eyelids. Oh, and for the first month after the surgery, the swelling didn't go down completely, so the double eyelids were visible on the outside, which worried me, but when the swelling went down, it completely looked like I didn't have double eyelids.
