This is the finished result after all the swelling has gone down! Before the surgery, I had thick skin, a big, low nose, and a wide, flat impression. After fixing my nose, which is the center of my face, I've been told that my image looks more sophisticated!! Before the surgery, reducing my nostrils in Photoshop was essential, and I used a lot of shading when I did my makeup, but after the surgery, I don't touch Photoshop or makeup! My friends were so jealous when I came back after the surgery and asked me where I got it done and for the doctor's information. I kept it a secret from my friends, but I'll tell you here. I had surgery with Dr. Kim Hyung-jun. He's so kind, meticulous, and detail-oriented. I was worried because it was facial surgery, but he reassured me and I'm so honored to have received surgery from the skilled Dr. Kim Hyung-jun. I'm so happy. The surgical methods and materials were: nasal bridge (5mm silicone), nasal tip (septal cartilage + ear cartilage), osteotomy, and hump removal. For facial contouring, I had my chin and cheekbones done. I also had submental liposuction, which seems to have made the effect even better! ♥ It was expensive because I had contouring, nose surgery, and liposuction together, but I got a little discount thanks to the manager. I'm so satisfied!!!!!
