I have thick skin and a typical bulbous nose, so I was worried that surgery wouldn't improve it much ㅠ. Because my nose was big and wide, my face looked generally rounder ㅠ. I also had a slight dorsal hump, so I had it rasped down along with the rhinoplasty. Since I was getting rhinoplasty anyway, I thought using an implant would be more effective than using no implant, so I used silicone for the bridge and a septal cartilage graft and ear cartilage graft for the tip ㅎㅎ. For facial contouring, I had a two-point contouring surgery (cheekbones and square jaw reduction) instead of a three-point one, and I had facial liposuction done as well, so my face has become much smaller ㅎㅎ. I'm really, really satisfied because my photos turn out so well ㅎㅎ,,! Before the surgery, I had to slim down my face, reduce my nostrils, and add shading, but after the surgery, I barely touch my face shape ㅎㅎ. I never even dreamed of using the basic camera, but these days I take pictures with it and only do a little bit of editing.
