After. Before surgery. It's been over a month since I got breast augmentation, and I didn't have completely flat breasts to begin with, but I wanted a natural look, haha. In the early stages after surgery, there was some upper pole fullness, but it got much better after a month. I tend to swell easily, so... swelling naturally goes down over time, so I think the key is to keep checking and managing it consistently. I felt like having both breasts too close together looked like a 'sausage boob' and after looking at reviews, the UU shape looked the most like real breasts and was the most natural. So, I focused on that kind of look when researching clinics and decided to get surgery, and I'm satisfied with no 'highways' (lack of cleavage) ㅠㅠ But more than anything, the fact that my breasts are bigger is amazing ㅜ I'm going to take care of them really diligently.
