(Before surgery) First, my specs are 162cm tall and my chest circumference is 71cm. My chest circumference isn't narrow, but my skin is thin and I don't have much fat. They said that the implant might be visible if I put in a large size, so I thought it would be better to go safely since I'll lose more fat if I build muscle later. I heard that people who exercise a lot wear tops, so they often get an inframammary incision, so I chose an inframammary incision without hesitation ㅎㅎ After the surgery, it was easier to move my arms, so I felt like I recovered a little faster, and I was able to move around, so I did light lower body exercises and stretching at the gym ㅎㅎ Now I can exercise comfortably, and I'm very satisfied because the fit is very different when I wear a bra top! The upper pole volume that I couldn't get with padding looks pretty ㅎㅎ Motiva is an expensive implant, so it wasn't cheap, but the outer surface is made of a non-flowing material and has a chip embedded in it, so I had surgery with peace of mind and I'm doing well!
