This is a picture before surgery This is a picture after surgery I had breast fat grafting and then had surgery to put in 430cc. I had breast fat grafting about 5 years ago, but I wasn't satisfied at all. I thought it had already all fallen out, so I decided to have breast surgery. I wanted to go to a hospital with a well-established system because it's a big surgery, so I chose Nana Plastic Surgery. I had an ultrasound, side effects, and other tests before the surgery. I wanted to go as big as possible, so I had surgery with 430cc on both sides. I said that I wanted to go big during the consultation, and they said that my chest circumference wasn't small, so I could put in that much, so I immediately decided on the size and had surgery! So now I'm a full D size. I'm really satisfied. The satisfaction is on a different level than fat grafting, so I regret not having surgery instead ㅋㅋㅋㅋ I'm also regretting the cost of fat grafting, but I should have spent it all on surgery costs ㅋㅋㅋ Breast surgery is expensive, but I don't regret it and I can see the results right away, so I'm very satisfiedㅠ
