Before / After. Before the surgery, when I didn't know anything, I just wanted to get a big D cup because I didn't have breasts, but after consulting with the doctor, he said that it would be difficult to grow to a D cup considering my height and chest circumference, and if I grew that much, it would look separate and bloated, so I got about a full C cup.
