Sagging breasts that become elongated are a real problem... hopeless lol. After breastfeeding my baby, I didn't manage my body well, so they sagged. It's all my fault, but the upper breast is what's visible, you know? I couldn't handle the cellulite and stretch marks, and it stressed me out every time I saw them. I'm relatively young, but my self-esteem as a woman plummeted because my breasts sagged. Because my skin originally lacked elasticity, I didn't just get a mastopexy (breast lift) for the sagging; I also got augmentation. I'm wearing a D cup now! Getting rid of the sagging and slightly increasing the size definitely improved the firmness. Haha.
