I wasn't completely flat to begin with, but I wasn't satisfied. I wanted a D~F cup, but I felt like I was far from it, so I had surgery. My chest circumference was about 65cm, and I got 300cc/355cc implants, different sizes on each side because I had significant breast asymmetry. In the beginning, it felt a little awkward having breasts when I didn't before, but I quickly adjusted, and now I'm so happy with the increased size. Dr. Nana reflected my needs well and immediately understood what I wanted, so I trusted her and had the surgery. I'm so satisfied that I was able to get the size I wanted. I had the surgery with Motiva implants, and as expected, the feel and shape are so natural, it was worth the price! This is before the surgery.
