This is how I look after a little over a month ^^. This is before surgery. I don't have much upper breast, so my breasts look saggy. Plus, I have a pigeon chest... I couldn't even dream of wearing low-cut or tight clothes. I was looking for a hospital and found a case similar to mine in Nana's reviews, so I got a consultation and even had surgery. The breasts that looked saggy now have upper breast, so it's amazing, and I wonder if I should have looked into it sooner. The Mentor Xtra implant has a more bouncy? feel, so I got surgery with that. I'll know about the feel after some more time passes, but just like my breasts have changed, the feel will gradually change too, right? They say time is the best medicine for plastic surgery~
