Actually, after surgery, I was worried about whether the shape was settling well until about a month in. But now the swelling has gone down, and I completely think of them as my breasts. The feel is so good, and I don't know if you can see it all in the photos, but I think I've achieved both the shape and the feel, haha. Especially since I had some breast asymmetry before surgery!
