I'm currently a C~D cup, depending on the bra. I originally wore a B cup, so it's not like I had nothing, but I wanted more because it was ambiguous. Especially since I didn't have upper breast fullness, so I looked smaller than my cup size. So I asked them to fill in my upper breasts and create natural cleavage, and I'm satisfied because the shape turned out as I wanted! My cleavage was coming together too much, so I wore something like a cleavage supporter between my breasts for about a month. I was worried that it wouldn't come together enough if I did that, but I didn't have to worry because my cleavage comes together well. So I'm happy every time I look at my breasts in the shower! This is before the surgery.
