I finally started sleeping without a bra after getting a breast augmentation. My upper body is very thin and you can see all my ribs. I didn't get fat grafting, I only got implants. Sensation in the cleavage and inframammary fold is returning, and sensation in the outer breasts and nipples returned a long time ago, haha. To be honest, they look so pretty when I wear a bra, but of course they're more natural than they were at first, but the skin around the cleavage hasn't spread out yet, so they're not 100% natural breasts. I hope they'll spread out and become more natural over time.
