I had lateral canthoplasty. It's been 4 months and the widening under my eyes has settled in a lot. But I think it's better to cut it bigger when you cut it once. Lateral canthoplasty seems to fuse back faster. It fused back a little more, so my eyes went up again and became more natural. My eyes have become a little kinder.
