The shape of the bone inside my eyes (??) was uneven, and even my double eyelids were uneven, so I had a complex about my eyes~ One side was thick and wouldn't go away... I was hesitant about whether to get double eyelid surgery for years. I saw many advertisements saying that I could have buried suture without incision, and it wouldn't loosen like before, and I could quickly return to my daily life, so I thought about getting a consultation. The plastic surgery clinic was right across from the hospital where I was receiving treatment for my back, so I saw it often and decided to visit. I made an appointment thinking I would just get a consultation, and I met the doctor, who was very kind!! He carefully drew the lines several times and said that it was possible to do buried suture, and if he pulled the front a little without epicanthoplasty, I could get a more refreshed feeling and double eyelids. I asked the doctor if I didn't need to get 'Life Epicanthoplasty' or anything like that, and he said I didn't need to. I thought, 'This isn't a clinic that just recommends everything and says okay to whatever I want,' so I decided to have it done here. I had a consultation on 4/8 and had the buried suture surgery on 4/9, and I took the bus home that day without any problems! There was almost no swelling, and there was almost no pain! They said I might get a little bruising, so I iced it well for 4 days. I was too lazy to do warm compresses. They said I could wash my face, but I was too scared, so I did a cat wash for a week ㅋㅋ. I didn't wear makeup either... haha... I went to work right away from 4/10, and it didn't interfere with my daily life at all, and it didn't give anyone any unpleasantness. The right side was a little more swollen and bruised than the left, but people just thought I was wearing eye makeup. Originally, there is no stitch removal for this surgery, but in my case, I had to remove one stitch at a time, so I visited the hospital a week later. After visiting the hospital and removing the stitches, I met the doctor again and checked, and he said that the surgery went well, but the swelling on the right side needed to go down a little more. I made an appointment for my next visit~~ From this point on, I washed my face thoroughly and started wearing basic makeup. I don't usually wear heavy makeup, and I don't wear a lot of eye makeup. It's been about 3 weeks and 2 days now, and the swelling has gone down a lot, and I feel like the left and right sides are more symmetrical than before. My mom, who was against it, also says that it's much better after the double eyelid surgery ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
