-Before Surgery -Nose After Surgery -Overall Look After Surgery Before the surgery, I didn't like my nose the most out of all my features because of my semi-bulbous nose and dorsal hump. So I got fillers a few times. There was a limit to what fillers could do, so I decided I needed surgery because my nose was also spreading. I asked a friend who had good results from rhinoplasty and went to get surgery there. After the surgery, my nose turned out well too, so I think 3 of my friends followed me and got surgery at the same place. >< After getting rhinoplasty and losing some weight, everyone asks why I've become so pretty. They say I had a strong cute vibe before surgery, but now I look pure. Rhinoplasty is really the best for changing your image. Oh, and for the nose material, I used septal cartilage for the tip and silicone for the bridge, and the nose line is straight-semi-curved. >
