Current. Drooping nose tip after the first surgery ㅠㅠ. Before surgery. In order, current, photo of the nose tip drooping after time passed after the first surgery, and photo before surgery at all! Before surgery, the tip of my nose was blunt and I had a slight hump. I didn't have an osteotomy, but I shaved the hump, used silicone for the bridge, and used nasal septum cartilage for the tip! But after time passed, the tip of my nose drooped, so I felt a bit droopy ㅜㅜ. I contacted the hospital for revision surgery and said that I liked the bridge, so I didn't want to touch it and only wanted to raise the tip of my nose. The doctor also said that I only needed to raise the tip of my nose, so I raised it again like the first surgery! I was worried because it was revision surgery, but it wasn't painful and I like it even more!
