My nose was a short, bulbous nose with a severe bulbous tip and a low bridge... it was a complete mess. I thought my eyes weren't too bad on their own, but my eyes were far apart, and I had slight asymmetry. I thought my face was too flat, so I wanted to transform into a more three-dimensional face. I wanted a defined nose and clearer eyes. So, I went to various consultations, and many hospitals said that rib cartilage was essential to achieve the lines I wanted. But I didn't want to take the risk of using rib cartilage for my first surgery. Just when I was wondering if rib cartilage was the only solution for the lines I wanted, I found a hospital where I could get the lines and feel I wanted without using rib cartilage, using only septal cartilage + ear cartilage, so I got surgery there, lol. It's been quite a while since the surgery, so my nose feels slimmer, and because I'm putting more effort into my appearance and losing weight, even I think, 'Wow, this is so different from before,' lol. So, I sometimes enjoy looking at old photos and comparing them to recent photos, haha. After the surgery, my personality seems to have become more outgoing, and I'm having a lot of fun in many ways, lol. The most fun thing is that all the friends I meet are really surprised!!! Because my impression has completely changed. My friends say they've never seen anyone with such a big before-and-after difference from plastic surgery, haha. Is it that much?
