Before After Overall, my nose was low, had a slight dorsal hump, and a wide tip, making it a bulbous nose. It wasn't a super bulbous nose like some people, but you know that ambiguously wide feeling? I didn't want it to look like I had surgery, so I asked the doctor to correct just the dorsal hump and the roundness as naturally as possible, to the point where people who meet me for the first time wouldn't know I had nose surgery. My acquaintances say they wouldn't know if I didn't tell them, so I'm satisfiedㅠㅠ
