I was always worried about my facial line, and my face looked big, and I had a strong masculine image. My cheekbones were especially prominent, but I was too scared of facial contouring surgery itself. I only got zygoma reduction and combined it with thread lifting and buccal fat removal, and my face shape became completely defined, haha. My friends are jealous and say I got great results and that I should become a flight attendant, lol, haha. I also got rhinoplasty along with zygoma reduction. My first surgery was too natural, so I wanted to make it more defined and raised. I didn't want anything too excessive, so I asked for a natural but glamorous style, and it turned out exactly the way I wanted it, haha. My nose tip is more defined, so I look more sophisticated, and people say I've become very feminine, haha. Before After After
