Before surgery Before surgery, my nose was a bit of a bulbous nose, you know? That old-fashioned feeling... you know what I mean... It was a nose that didn't even hold contouring; So, I didn't like my stuffy and old-fashioned features, so I decided to get surgery to transform my image, lol. I wanted to transform completely differently from before, so I wanted a glamorous, straight nose and eyes that were glamorously big, unlike now, lol. I asked for outfold creases, but lol, I didn't know much back then, so I asked for outfold creases but not too unnatural or sausage-like? I wanted moderate outfold creases, but looking back, I think they did a good job with semi-outfold creases, lol. Actually, I didn't expect a huge image change unless I touched the bone, but I'm happier with the surgery results than I expected, so I'm really happy, lol. The surgery turned out exactly the way I wanted it, so I'm very happy, and old classmates I meet after a long time can't even recognize me, so the image before surgery has completely disappeared, which I really like, lol.
