It's been 3 months since the surgery! Now, the swelling has gone down a lot except for the tip of my nose, and the line is well-defined. I didn't use any implants, and I only had surgery with my own nasal cartilage! Originally, my overall facial features were distinct and assertive, so even though I didn't use silicone, the height was sufficient with just the septal cartilage. I hear a lot that my overall image has improved a lot : )
