It's been about two months since I had upper body lipo, haha. I really feel like I have to keep managing my diet ㅠ. It seems difficult whether I had lipo or not... The pain is gone now, which is so good, but if I stay in the same position or suddenly change my position, I feel a slight tingling. My stomach area used to be a bit hard and tight, but it's much better now! I still have to wait and see, but overall, the lines and areas that I wanted to be slimmer have become satisfactory, so I'm happily taking out the clothes I used to wear and trying them on, haha. I'm really determined and determined again not to go back to the way I was, including diet control... When I think about how painful the recovery period was ㅠㅠ, I don't think I'll ever go back, haha.
