Recent photo after surgery. Before surgery. It's said that residual swelling lasts longer than major swelling, but I think all the residual swelling is gone now. My nose wasn't terrible before the surgery, but I had a slight dorsal hump and rhinitis, so I got functional rhinoplasty along with cosmetic rhinoplasty. Even with natural-looking surgery, my overall impression seems different. I think my impression is sharper. I just wanted to improve the dorsal hump and create a natural line, and I think the nose line suits me well. I can definitely feel that the functional aspect has improved compared to before.
