I had a dorsal hump and my eyes looked very stuffy, so I got my eyes and nose done together to create a more defined image. Many men get inner double eyelids or monolids, but I like having visible lines. So, I created a slight line and had medial epicanthoplasty, which I'm more satisfied with than I expected. I didn't get osteotomy for my nose, but I had the dorsal hump shaved down and a silicone implant inserted. I asked them to shape my nose to suit my face, and I'm satisfied because it turned out naturally. It seems like not all men need to have monolids. This is before the surgery.
