I think the swelling from the zygoma reduction has mostly subsided now. I don't feel any discomfort from my nose and zygoma anymore, and they seem to have settled in well. I like the lines, and people say I'm getting more handsome as my face gets smaller. I also got a forehead fat graft, so I can confidently show my forehead, and I like how my side profile looks prettier. I think I've gained a lot of confidence since the surgery! I'm really glad I got the surgery.
