I used to cover my cheekbones with my hair because I had zygomatic bones. I always photoshopped my cheekbones even when I took pictures. My nose wasn't low, but my nose tip was always blunt, so I took a lot of pictures in profile!! Actually, my eyes, nose, and face shape were round, so even if I lost weight, it didn't change.
