After rhinoplasty, my side profile looks good in photos, so I take a lot of side profile photos, haha. My mouth also looked protruding because my nose was low, so I even looked into orthodontics because I thought I had a protruding mouth. But it seemed that the problem was more with my nose, where the columella was retracted, so I decided to have rhinoplasty.
