Even after my first surgery, my bulbous nose was still there, but now I think I've completely said goodbye to my bulbous nose ㅋㅋ The residual swelling is also going down well, and I'm satisfied every time I look in the mirror because it's the shape of nose I wanted! Before I had revision surgery, I had severe nostril asymmetry, a hump, a blunt nasal tip, and even a crooked nose, which made me upset, but all of that has been improved, and my nose is back to normal, so I want to highly recommend it to people who are getting revision surgery! The nose I had in my first surgery looked a bit flashy, so I wanted to lower the bridge naturally and have a straight line, so I had surgery to trim the existing silicone from 2mm to 1.4mm without replacing the material. I was also recommended osteotomy, but I was too scared, so I passed on it ㅠ But I don't regret it because I was able to get rid of my bulbous nose without osteotomy ㅎ I haven't experienced any side effects. The revision surgery went well, but what's really amazing is that when I look in the mirror, the bulbous nose feeling is completely gone, and I see a natural straight nose.
