I had rhinoplasty without an implant with Dr. Seo Seung-jo at Weavers Plastic Surgery in July. I told them during the consultation that I wanted to improve the existing dorsal hump and drooping nose, but also wanted it to be as natural as possible. The consultant explained everything very kindly, and Dr. Seo Seung-jo also explained the parts I was worried about in an easy-to-understand way before the surgery, so I decided to proceed with surgery without an implant at Weavers Plastic Surgery. There was less swelling than I expected after the surgery, so I was able to return to my daily life right away after a week! It's been 4 months now, and the philtral pulling has gotten much better, and I'm living happily without any discomfort, haha. I don't have any asymmetry, which I was most worried about, and the bridge of my nose hasn't gotten lower yet, so I think I made the right decision to have surgery! Haha.
