Before & After Photos
It's been 1 week since I had rhinoplasty with Dr. Shim Jung-hwan at Weavers Plastic Surgery. Before the surgery, my nose had a large alar base, so it looked like a bulbous nose when viewed from the front, and my nostrils were very visible. I also had a short nose with a hump, so my nose looked crooked from the side or at a 45-degree angle. Therefore, I wanted a natural, straight-shaped nose. I didn't think my nasal bridge was completely flat, so I was hesitant to insert silicone, and I wanted to shave off the hump as much as possible. The most important things for me were: 1. Smooth out the hump nose 2. Minimize the use of implants and have a straight nasal bridge line 3. Correct the short and wide nose (minimize nostril visibility). Dr. Shim Jung-hwan at Weavers Plastic Surgery said that he could smooth out the hump without using implants, and the nose line he showed me during the consultation was the straight line I wanted, so I decided to have the surgery. It's been about a week since the surgery, and there are still some bruises around my nose, but the line is exactly the line I wanted. I wanted a straight line where the hump was shaved off and the nasal bridge was naturally smooth, and it's exactly the nose I imagined. My short nose also seems to have naturally lengthened to fit my face ratio, and above all, I love the nasal bridge line. There seems to be some swelling left, but I'm very satisfied.
