[Babitalk] Buttock Augmentation - Kingbbangdung 2023-06-30 hit.126. These are photos from 2 weeks after abdominal, love handle, and back fat liposuction + buttock lift + buttock fat grafting + correction of subgluteal folds! I already had some pelvic width and my buttock volume wasn't small... But a few years ago, I got thigh liposuction and had a little bit of fat removed from my buttocks as well, so my buttocks were sagging when viewed from the back or at a 45-degree angle. I was also stressed about the subgluteal folds that formed during the liposuction and the hip dips that matched the size of my pelvis... I didn't think fat grafting alone would be enough because my buttocks were sagging, so I had a buttock lift done together. They used Epitikon? threads, and I feel like the lift is supporting the weight of my buttocks more. I was worried that the thread lift would sag again quickly, but they also grafted fat over the threads, so even if the threads dissolve later, the grafted fat will settle and provide support. They said that even when time passes and the threads dissolve, it will still maintain some volume and prevent sagging. On the day of the surgery, the swelling was so extreme that I looked like I had Kim Kardashian's butt lol... I wanted to lift my sagging buttocks, fill in my hip dips, and correct my subgluteal folds rather than increase the volume too much, so I was more and more pleased as the major swelling went down. The reason I chose this clinic is that I didn't want an artificial design that looked like I had surgery or a design that only added volume to the upper part of my pelvis like butt pads. I wanted a natural line that flowed smoothly from my waist to my hips, and the doctor here designed it exactly like that, so I chose this clinic. And they said they would improve the subgluteal folds that other clinics had refused to treat, so I trusted them even more. The overall line looks great now that the hip dips are filled in, and I especially like the line from my waist to my hips!! My sagging buttocks are also much improved, and most of all, I can see that my subgluteal folds are improving compared to before, so I'm very satisfied ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ The bruising from the liposuction is fading quickly, so only some remains on my abdomen. There's still some swelling and slight lumpiness, but fortunately, it's not severe, so I'm getting high-frequency treatments at the clinic, and it should get better after a month. I think the overall volume can decrease a bit more, so I'll be even more pleased when the swelling goes down further. I hope the fat grafts in my hip dips take well and don't disappear ㅎㅎ If the final results are disappointing in terms of fat graft survival or lifting, I'm still considering adding more threads or getting a second procedure, but I'm very satisfied for now. I'll post another review later about the fat graft survival and swelling! Oh, and finally, I'll finish with a before and after comparison shot lol.
