I was really torn between fillers and fat grafting, but I decided on fat grafting because it's safer to use my own fat and it's permanent. Fillers can also last longer if you get them after fat grafting. #Liposuction area: abdomen and inner thighs. About 240cc was injected on each side, I think. 1. For butt procedures, the more experience, the more minimized the pain during liposuction and grafting, so that was the most important thing I considered. 2. If you go to a factory-like hospital, you don't know who will be performing the surgery, so it was important that the head doctor performed the surgery directly. 3. I'm very satisfied with my butt. #Pain: The liposuction area was very uncomfortable from the day of the surgery to day 3 (I could walk around on the day of the surgery, lol). It didn't hurt at all (like the pain after hiking). #Compression Garment: I put it on after removing the stitches 3 days later, and it actually felt less painful when I wore the compression garment.
